Job Title: Senior IT Solutions Specialist

">About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT professional to join our team as a Senior IT Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and providing comprehensive IT support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end ERP project management and implementation in collaboration with external consultants.
  • Customize ERP reports and forms to meet user and business requirements.
  • Act as the primary support contact for ERP-related issues and troubleshooting.
  • Research and recommend emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and support the company's network infrastructure, including hardware and software components.
  • Manage software licenses, domain names, and SSL certificate renewals and registrations.
  • Provide daily end-user IT support across departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles, including accruals, amortization, and cost recognition.
  • Programming proficiency with the ability to tailor reports and outputs based on user needs.
  • Solid understanding of network infrastructure: VLANs, VPNs, firewall configuration, and subnetting.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365 administration and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with security systems such as CCTV and door access control.
