Medical Imaging Systems Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Imaging Systems Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support group, you will provide technical expertise to customers regarding medical imaging systems, ensuring their optimal performance and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues with medical imaging equipment, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create and maintain accurate documentation, including troubleshooting guides and technical manuals.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of customers, enabling them to operate and maintain medical imaging systems effectively.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of medical imaging equipment, ensuring seamless integration into customers' existing workflows.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction with our support services.

Requirements:
• A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field is highly desirable.
• At least one year of relevant working experience in the medical, healthcare, laboratory, or medical imaging industry is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to commit to standby and travel, as needed, to ensure prompt and efficient support delivery.
