Job Title

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing vessel expenses and accounting matters. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation of full spectrum of vessel accounting.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly settlement reports from the system, accurately reflecting all incurred costs.
  • Review and ensure that all expenses are properly charged according to budget allocation.
  • Coordinate with vessel managers to prepare contracts and other necessary documents.
  • Monitor procurement supplies from vessel managers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Process insurance invoices and maintain accurate records for audit purposes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Maritime Studies.
  • At least 2 years of experience in shipping or ship management companies handling vessel expenses or accounting matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • Independent and meticulous with an eye for detail, able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with a positive attitude towards collaboration and support.
