Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the onboarding process for clients, ensuring timely escalation of key risks and issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing AML policies and procedures, identifying control gaps, and handling high-risk and complex KYB cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client workload and ensure timely escalation of key risks/issues
  • Review and verify all applications for client onboarding within available SLAs
  • Maintain relationships with Relationship Partner Teams and clients to obtain necessary supporting evidence
  • Proficiency in compliance applications and programs such as World-Check & Jumio
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate onboarding with substantial knowledge of relevant rules and regulations
  • Fluent English and German speaker; additional European language knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge of multiple client types and jurisdictions
