Customer Service Officer: Order Process Specialist
Description:
- We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Officer to join our team, specializing in order process management.
Responsibilities:
To succeed in this role, you will deliver top-notch customer service by managing orders and requests from initiation to completion. This includes responding promptly to customer inquiries, preparing accurate quotations, and submitting required documentation on time.
In addition, you will proactively communicate with customers to provide updates on order statuses and shipment schedules, maintain precise records of spare parts price lists, and collaborate with customers, forwarders, and internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely shipment execution.
You will also be responsible for preparing documentation to assist customers with customs-related queries and working closely with internal teams to address customer concerns and implement solutions.
Requirements:
Candidates must have relevant experience, preferably with a background in customer service, sales, or logistics.
A strong understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
