The Bar Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the bar, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Bar Operations Manager. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for developing employees, maintaining accurate records, and driving business results.

  • Oversee and manage all areas of the bar, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

  • Responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, personnel administration, and payroll management.

  • Investigate and resolve issues related to beverage quality and service.
  • Maintain a professional bar image, adhering to cleanliness standards, uniform requirements, and appearance guidelines.
  • Develop and train employees, providing ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in scheduling and staffing, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.
