Job Title: Ticket Collector

Overview

Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve ticketing issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Enforce safety and security protocols, reporting any concerns or restricted items to authorities.
  • Handle fare disputes and provide solutions such as purchasing new tickets.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
