Scientific Research Specialist

As a Scientific Research Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the production of bulk drug substances is within established timing and quality standards. You will be responsible for participating in the preparation, operation, and completion of assigned process stages.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of cGMP and safety requirements, as well as good housekeeping practices to maintain facilities in good operational order. Additionally, you should be able to identify areas for improvement and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety requirements
- Maintain good housekeeping of associated production facilities
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Participate in commissioning and qualification activities
- Carry out other related duties as assigned by management
Skills and Qualifications
