Job Description">

The role of the Senior Executive, Partnership and Community Activation is to design and implement strategies that enhance collaboration with stakeholders, drive community engagement, and promote inclusivity for individuals with disabilities.

As a key member of our team, you will identify and cultivate partnerships that align with our goals, execute projects pertaining to fundraising and donor, partner and volunteer engagement and management, and develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners to foster collaboration and support for advocacy initiatives.

  • Identify and Cultivate Partnerships: Research and identify potential partners that align with our mission and goals
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners to foster collaboration and support for advocacy initiatives
  • Collaborative Projects: Design and implement joint projects and initiatives with partners that promote inclusivity and empower individuals with disabilities
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate regular communication and engagement with partners, ensuring alignment on goals and shared outcomes.
  • Impact Assessment: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership initiatives, gathering feedback to enhance future collaborations
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A good degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences or in a related field
  • Community Programmes Management: Prior hands-on experience in the planning, development, implementation, and reporting of innovative community engagement programmes, inclusion work, or ground-up initiatives is an advantage.
  • For this position, regular weekend duties are required.
