F&B Captain Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage professional to support our daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Support F&B team in maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
  • Deliver F&B services according to industry standards
  • Assist in inventory management and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup tables in the dining hall for events and activities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback
Requirements:
  • Qualification: Min. GCE N-Level
  • Year(s) of Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Basic computer knowledge, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to multitask, Attention to details, Knowledge of handling Point of Sale (POS) system
