Geologist Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Geologist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing teams, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise teams of supervisors, safety coordinators, subcontractors, suppliers, and other staff members.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to achieve project objectives and ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on time, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Conduct site evaluations, geological studies, and engineering properties assessments.
  • Supervise, check, evaluate, and record soil data.
  • Perform field tests, record results, and prepare soil data reports.
  • Ensure quality of field work and interpret ground conditions through ground investigation.
  • Comply with company ISO procedures and requirements.
  • Perform calculations and submissions of job-related drawings and documents.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to safety regulations and housekeeping methods.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in the geotechnical field.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational planning skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
