Airport Ambassador Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Airport Ambassador to provide exceptional service to our passengers. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

About the Role
As an Airport Ambassador, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey for our passengers. Your main responsibilities will include checking-in, greeting passengers upon arrival, and facilitating their departure process. You may also be tasked with assisting passengers with special needs or providing customer service in exclusive premier lounges at Changi Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service - Respond to queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Greet and Assist Passengers - At check-in counters, baggage drop-off points, and other designated areas
  • Ensure a Seamless Airport Experience - Handle tasks such as processing tickets, retrieving luggage, and providing directions
  • Support Passengers with Special Needs - Such as wheelchair assistance, and provide additional support as required

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer-facing environment and be proficient in English and a second language for effective communication with international passengers.
