As a key member of our Futures division, you will be responsible for providing market insight and trade ideas to clients, arranging and executing FFAs on their behalf, and building strategic relationships with key clients and prospects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues to provide market insight and trade ideas
- Arrange and execute FFAs on behalf of clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Build and develop strategic relationships with key clients and prospects, and act as lead negotiator in high-level contract discussions
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, and provide recommendations to clients on risk management solutions
- Drive revenue growth and develop the local and European client base
- Assist with due diligence and approval of new clients, and control brokerage level agreements
- Conduct reviews of processes to identify and manage risk
- Attend team meetings to discuss commercial performance and compliance updates
- Ambassador and spokesperson for the business locally at industry events and initiatives
- Identify and introduce new clients to the market and maintain professional relationships
- Perform market analysis and provide market insight and trade ideas to clients
- Travel and attend client social events as required
- Drive and self-motivation, with a desire to succeed and deliver excellence
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Collaboration and ability to work well with others across diverse backgrounds
- Resilience and ability to persist and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Smart problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a curious and inquisitive mind
- Professional integrity and respect for company values
- Successful track record of Futures Broking, preferably in Fuel Oil
- Fluency in Korean and English is essential
- 1-5 years Oil broking experience
- Strong commercial judgement and excellent negotiation skills
- Strong numeracy skills and excellent presentation skills
- High focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident and able to work well under pressure
- Good MS office skills
