Key Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Operations Specialist to join our team in Singapore.

This role focuses on sales growth and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with the outlet branch managers to ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed and that sales targets are met.

  • Conduct personal sales consultations to contribute to outlet sales and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate outlet operations to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Manage and resolve disputes related to sales issues in outlets effectively.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Enhance sales performance by providing continuous training and coaching to existing staff.
  • Support ongoing staff learning and development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management.
  • Proven personal sales experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to handle customer service and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Experience in staff training and development.
  • Familiarity with SOPs, profit and loss (P&L), and outlet management.
