We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Assistant Manager to join our team. As a Sales Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, provide coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Operational Duties: Assist with daily operational duties, including cashiering transactions, inventory management, and ad hoc duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in proactive cosmetic sales in a retail shop environment.
  • Skills: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics products, sales-oriented with a passion for beauty.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, fast-paced and collaborative working style, positive working attitude and sales-oriented.

Working Conditions:

8 hours rotating shift per day, 5 or 6 days per week, including weekends.
