Front Office Team Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team at Marriott International. As a Front Office Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our valued guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Secure payment and activate/reissue room keys as needed.
- Verify and adjust billing for guests to ensure accuracy and fairness.
- Communicate with the front desk team to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
- Provide guests with directions and information about hotel amenities and services.
- Answer and respond to guest calls, requests, and questions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Arrange transportation for guests and visitors as needed.
- Count and secure bank at the beginning and end of shift.
- Cash guest checks and process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges.
- Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any reports of theft.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
