Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team at Marriott International. As a Front Office Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Secure payment and activate/reissue room keys as needed.
  • Verify and adjust billing for guests to ensure accuracy and fairness.
  • Communicate with the front desk team to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
  • Provide guests with directions and information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Answer and respond to guest calls, requests, and questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Arrange transportation for guests and visitors as needed.
  • Count and secure bank at the beginning and end of shift.
  • Cash guest checks and process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges.
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any reports of theft.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front office or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
