We are currently seeking a professional and driven Claims Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with customers and clients to deliver exceptional service and support throughout the claims process.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail.
5+ years experience in insurance loss adjusting or equivalent is preferred. Relevant industry qualifications such as ANZIIF or AICLA are also highly regarded.
As a Claims Specialist with our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service and support to customers and clients throughout the claims process
- Proactively communicate clear and accurate advice, timeframes, and claim progress to all stakeholders
- Verify the nature and extent of loss/damage
- Identify and resolve complex issues
- Contribute to the further growth and success of the company
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in insurance loss adjusting or equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Relevant industry qualifications such as ANZIIF or AICLA or equivalent
