Job Description

The Programmatic Media Strategist will lead programmatic media strategy, planning, and buying to ensure optimal campaign performance and client satisfaction. This role is crucial for delivering impactful digital media solutions.


This individual will manage a team of traders, fostering strong client and vendor relationships, and driving innovation in the programmatic space. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that meet client objectives.


Key responsibilities include managing a team of Programmatic specialists, ensuring quality of media plans, campaigns are setup correctly, optimized efficiently, and deliveries are met or exceeded.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-5+ years of experience in media agencies working in digital roles with 4+ years of programmatic experience, or ad tech company working on ad operations and campaign management
  • Hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns using DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, etc.) or Google Ads, and other advertising self-serve tools
  • Working knowledge of site analytics tools, 3rd party ad servers (e.g. Campaign Manager), and tag managers
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Client-facing attitude and great communication skills, experience in managing senior clients
  • Efficient worker with good time management skills; ability to work on multiple projects and campaigns while meeting deadlines
