Job Summary:

This position is responsible for overseeing event sponsorship management within a divisional program.

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, sponsorship or partnership roles and be able to work flexible hours as needed.

  • Develop and implement marketing and sponsorship strategies to drive business growth.
  • Create proposals and marketing materials to engage sponsors and partners.
  • Monitor engagement levels and manage post-engagement follow-ups.
  • Draft sponsorship agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Promote partner engagement through various platforms.

Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum diploma qualification with 2 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Sponsorship Management: Develop and execute sponsorship plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Marketing Strategies: Create and implement effective marketing strategies to engage sponsors and partners.
  • Communication: Ensure clear communication with sponsors and partners throughout the sponsorship process.

  • Reporting: Provide regular reporting on sponsorship progress and outcomes.
