Product Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned product strategist to drive the development and launch of marketing campaigns, manage external partners and vendors, and work closely with our customer service team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and drive revenue growth.

  • A recognized university degree in a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in banking, specifically in the cards and personal loan business, is essential.
  • Digital product development and analytics skills are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with MAS regulations related to cards and payments is crucial.
  • Effective communication in English and Chinese is required to collaborate with our Head Office and Chinese-speaking customers.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will:

  • Develop and implement reward programs and activation campaigns to boost engagement.
  • Negotiate and manage external partnerships and vendor relationships.
  • Pursue revenue growth through initiatives focusing on new customer acquisition, cross-sell, activation, usage, and retention.
