Warehouse Planning Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Planning Specialist to join our distribution center in Singapore. This role focuses on optimizing warehouse planning, shipping processes, and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in semiconductor distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and optimize warehouse and shipping operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure smooth logistics and distribution processes.
  • Analyze supply chain and warehouse data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain reports using Excel and PowerPoint to track key performance metrics.
  • Work closely with express carriers, freight forwarders, and electronics-related logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Train and guide stock keepers on best practices in warehouse operations.
  • Identify potential issues in the supply chain and implement corrective actions proactively.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse and distribution processes.

Requirements:

Education:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Management is required for this position.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (major or minor) is highly advantageous but not a must.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations, preferably in express delivery, freight forwarding, or electronics-related industries.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong Bilingual Communication Skills to Collaborate Effectively Across Functions and Regions.
  • Proficient in Data Analysis and Presentation Tools, Including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
