Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead change initiatives within our corporate loan operations team. This role requires strategic thinking, project management expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage change initiatives, including process improvements, system integrations, and operational enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementing best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to equip staff for changes in processes and systems.
  • Monitor and report on change initiative progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Address resistance to change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliant and competitive operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate loan operations.
  • Project management expertise or active participation in change management activities is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of credit and loans processing systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
