Job DescriptionAs a Material Management Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the daily functions within our Supply Chain Management Team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the release of Process Orders and schedules with close collaboration with the Production Planner to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Another crucial aspect of this role is managing daily raw material replenishment to support customer orders and forecasts. You will also be responsible for reducing and escalating issues related to orders, working closely with production, customer care, and regional affiliates.
Achieving seamless communication and collaboration with stakeholders such as manufacturing, quality, and distribution regarding order fulfillment is essential in this role. You will work with the Quality and Procurement Teams to mitigate potential risks associated with raw materials and packaging.
Additionally, you will balance cost-effective inventory levels with meeting customer demand while ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet management targets at month-end and year-end. This includes executing best practices to reduce slow movers and obsolete stock.
Phase-in and phase-out planning for raw material and formula changes are also part of your responsibilities. You will be responsible for Supply Chain Planning, including Finished Goods Planning and Raw Material Planning, and perform ad-hoc projects as part of our Continuous Improvement initiative.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience working in logistics or supply chain management
- Detailed knowledge of logistics and inventory management
