Our facility in Singapore has key functions in research and development, procurement, sales and finance for our Lighting and Detection business lines, in addition to key functions related to our Optics Manufacturing capabilities.

We are presently seeking a **Supply Chain Manager/Senior Supply Chain Manager** that will work with different product leaders and manage new product lines item purchases.

Main responsibilities:

- Responsible for sourcing, procurement, and qualification for new/alternate material introduction;
- Responsible for production and manufacturing planning, inventory control, shipments, office and production automation and plant productivity efficiency;
- Responsible for Logistic, Warehousing and Shipping;
- Responsible for driving material deflation savings;
- Responsible for providing leadership to the whole supply chain teams towards company goals;
- Manages a team of Planners in production planning and control with responsibility on optimal utilization of material, manpower and machine;
- Monitors performances on timely MRP production schedules, inventory and shipments to customers;
- Directs the economical manufacturing plans, materials and stock level;
- Evaluates the most cost-effective inventory level, production capability and capacity and liaison with third party production sites;
- Decides on obsolescence and scrap materials disposal;
- Monitors the control of movement and storage of all production materials;
- Oversees the storage of raw materials and finished goods, including those materials in transit and in process at third party sites;
- Ensures continually and timely supply of raw materials to production sites;
- Ensure smooth inbound and outbound shipment;
- Driving potential cost reduction related to freight.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Master Degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Business Administration;
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in manufacturing environment or/and Supply Chain;
- Supply Chain knowledge and experience;
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skill;
- Preferred to have SAP knowledge.
