Project Manager Lead

Job Description

Lead a portfolio of active assignments and take ownership of specific projects. Drive initiative and dedication to achieving high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of active assignments ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead model audit assignments verifying the accuracy and commercial correctness of models.
  • Develop and implement software checks to identify modelling errors and improve financial modeling methodologies.
  • Review and interpret commercial documentation ensuring accurate reflection in financial models.
  • Maintain meticulous records of modeling processes and methodologies to uphold high standards and ensure consistency.
Team Leadership
  • Lead a team of model audit professionals providing guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Train motivate and manage junior team members on assignments promoting growth and development.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to contribute to assignments and achieve shared goals.
Growth and Development
  • Support business development and growth ambitions in a key sector of the business.
  • Develop client pitches and lead client calls building strong relationships with clients.

Requirements
  • A good appreciation of accounting concepts an accounting qualification is beneficial.
  • An in-depth understanding of Project Finance concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel.
  • Degree qualified in a numerate discipline with a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial.
  • Experience with the FAST financial modeling standard is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
