Job Description:

We provide therapy services for children and adults with special needs at Olive Tree Development Center. Our programs cater to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or developmental needs in adult day programs, special education, or sheltered workshops.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, be comfortable with basic caregiving duties if required, and have experience working with individuals with special needs. Familiarity with structured teaching methods, such as TEACCH, is also beneficial. Additionally, the ability to differentiate instruction based on individual needs and Tier level is essential.

A minimum 1-year experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or developmental needs is necessary. The candidate should also be skilled in using visual schedules, structured routines, and positive behavior supports.

Certifications & Training:
