Job Title: Senior Transfer Agency Executive

">Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Transfer Agency Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying trade instructions, updating investor details, and reviewing Know Your Client (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) and due diligence documentation.

  • Review and verify trade instructions such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches.
  • Update investor details and transactions into the transfer agency system.
  • Review KYC, AML, and due diligence documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Review information for FATCA and CRS compliance.
  • Liaise with investors and investment managers to ensure timely responses to queries.
  • Review and provide operational comments on Operational Memoranda of Funds to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Perform walk-throughs with new clients on transfer agency procedures and service deliverables before the start of the Fund's initial launch.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organisational, time management, planning and co-ordination skills, diligent and meticulous attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines, and proactive approach to independent work and teamwork.

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Diligent and meticulous with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Polytechnic or University degree holder.
