Student Enrolment Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Student Enrolment Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional student service and support throughout the enrolment process. You will manage course transitions, new course registrations, and deregistrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Course Progression: Develop, update, and communicate study plans aligning with course requirements and unit changes.
  • Enrolment Management: Oversight of smooth enrolment and class registration processes.
  • Risk Management: Monitor retention rates and intervene early for at-risk students.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require a Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, as well as relevant experience in student enrolment, registration, or related administrative roles.
