We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our team as a Baggage Agent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling baggage services at the airport, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of bags to their respective destinations.

About the Role
As a Baggage Agent, you will be required to:
- Handle baggage services for scheduled and non-scheduled flights;
- Ensure the safety and security of the aircraft and its passengers;
- Transfer bags from the aircraft to the baggage sorting area;
- Drive tractors (with appropriate license) as needed;
- Carry out baggage reconciliation for both arrival and departure flights;
- Prepare and stage baggage trollies;
- Ensure smooth handover of baggage to the ramp team;
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- 1-2 years of experience in aviation (advantageous);
- A valid class 3 driver's license (class 4 driver's license advantageous);
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word);
- Good written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills;
- English fluency (verbal and written) an asset;
- Ability to work in high-stress environments and maintain a professional attitude;
Working Conditions
