**In your role, you will**:

- Be in compliance with all safety and security requirements.
- Be customer focused with service excellence.
- Maintain good relationship with customers and airport authorities.
- Prepare GD, Hotel accommodations, transportations and flight documents.
- Coordinate with Airport authorities on immigration, customs, safety and security matters.
- Coordinate with Aircraft facilitators, operators, and any other handling teams.
- Handle the Department Duty Phone, Walkie Talkie, VHF radio and voice drop.
- Supervise arrival and departure operations at Seletar Airport.
- Update Aircraft Movements and report to respective stations.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly reports for the department.
- Maintain, update manuals and documentations.
- Report any irregularity and take appropriate actions.
- Operate motorised and non-motorised equipment as authorised by the company.
- Operate safely and efficiently of all Ground Services Equipment and vehicles within classes permitted.
- Help and assist in ramp operations when needed.
- Work shift and ad-hoc duties.
- You have A level or Diploma in any discipline.
- You have 3 years of experience in Aviation and / or Customer Service is preferred.
- You have Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must possess Class 3 Driving License.
