Entry-Level Laborer Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to fill an Entry-Level Laborer position. As a laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with daily tasks and operations within our factory environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed to ensure efficient production workflows.
  • Operate machines safely and efficiently to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Pack and unpack materials with attention to detail to prevent damage and ensure quality control.
  • Check, sort, and label products accurately to meet customer expectations.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors to support the team's goals and objectives.
  • No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Able to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • FOLLOW ALL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS WHEN OPERATING EQUIPMENT AT ALL TIMES.
  • Clean up assigned work areas regularly to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Required Skills:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment with minimal supervision.
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) with ease.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
