Job Description:
As a Senior F&B Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the outlet and delivering excellent customer service at all times. You will handle feedback from members professionally and follow up with the Outlet Manager on members' feedback and suggestions. Additionally, you will assist in monthly inventory checks on operating equipment and supplies, maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, and ensure compliance to food safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the outlet, including maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the F&B team to achieve exceptional results.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and hygienic environment within the restaurant.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
To succeed as a Senior F&B Captain, you will need:
- Diploma / Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management with at least 3 years' relevant work experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
