We are seeking an experienced AVP to join our Group Data Validation team as a Data Validation Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the Bank's data compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data compliance processes, capabilities, and systems.
- Perform independent validation of key capabilities along critical data flows.
- Track outstanding issues and remediate associated actions.
- Develop and maintain the Data Validation methodology.
- Subject matter expert of BCBS 239 principles.
- Experience in data governance, management, and controls.
- Knowledge of banking systems architecture, system/process change management, and end-user tools.
- Good data analytical skills for assessing compliance of complex data flows.
