Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at GAIN EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. as a School Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our school operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional student experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional reception services, handling calls, walk-in inquiries, and receiving delivery orders.
  • Assist students seeking medical help in the sick bay and contact teachers/parents when necessary.
  • Manage the school's generic email account and perform administrative duties to support school meetings and events.
  • Assist the administration department in projects assigned related to administration.
  • Support data entry in areas such as survey coordination or leave of absence of officers.
  • Perform filing and document creation tasks.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by the school leaders and administration manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification or relevant WSQ certificates.
  • Competency in general receptionist duties and administration area of work.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience working in a school administration environment and with young children.
  • Experience in systems such as Microsoft Office, Gmail.
