Facilities Inspector Role

In this key position, you will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify any problems and determining the necessary maintenance requirements.

  • Inspecting facilities periodically to determine any issues that need to be addressed.
  • Developing and implementing effective maintenance schedules, taking into account priorities, skill levels, and workload.
  • Evaluating performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback to enhance the skills and knowledge of maintenance technicians.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues affecting plant productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, including environmental, health & safety, and labor laws.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and technical expertise in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
