Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Network Engineer to support and enhance our cloud and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, VPN configuration, and AWS networking services, alongside a working understanding of ITIL processes.

The role requires the ability to ensure secure, reliable network connectivity across hybrid cloud environments. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN, configuring and monitoring AWS networking components including VPCs, Security Groups, Route Tables, and Load Balancers.

The successful candidate will also respond to network incidents and service requests in line with ITIL best practices, collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure secure connectivity, and maintain accurate configuration, process, and change documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with AWS networking (VPC, NAT Gateway, Security Groups, Load Balancers, Route Tables)
  • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and VPN (GlobalProtect preferred)
  • BASIC knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
