Job Description

As a key member of the Human Resource and Administration Department at Tycoon Asia Pacific (Singapore) Pte. Limited, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and providing administrative assistance to the team.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in verbal and written English and Chinese is essential for effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
* Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement and maintenance/replacement as needed
* Process full set monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements
* Prepare HR-related documents, such as Offer Letters and Performance Appraisal Forms
* Maintain office housekeeping and ensure overall cleanliness
* Provide logistical support for shipments and arrangements with local and overseas forwarders (if applicable)

Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years' experience in human resource and administration
* Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Finance or equivalent
