  • Lead and supervise site execution of mechanical works, ensuring activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).", "
  • Monitor equipment alignment, torqueing, pressure testing, and commissioning preparations, guaranteeing quality standards are met.", "
  • Supervise teams of mechanical technicians, fitters, and helpers, assigning daily work tasks and responsibilities, promoting productivity targets and quality standards.", "

", "Team Management:", "
  • ", "
  • Supervise team members, providing technical guidance and on-the-job training to crew members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.", "
  • Ensure team members adhere to HSE rules, including permit-to-work (PTW), lock-out/tag-out (LOTO), confined space entry, and lifting operations.", "
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.", "

  • Enforce strict compliance with HSE rules, conducting daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and risk assessments with mechanical crews.", "
  • Ensure all works are performed to project quality standards, holding/witness points are respected, and documentation is accurate and up-to-date.", "
  • Maintain a safe working environment, identifying and mitigating hazards, promoting a culture of zero incidents.", "

", "Planning & Resource Preparation:", "
  • ", "
  • Coordinate with Site Manager and Planner to review daily and weekly look-ahead schedules, verifying the availability of manpower, tools, lifting equipment, consumables, and materials.", "
  • Highlight constraints or shortages, proposing corrective actions to ensure timely completion of projects.", "

", "Coordination & Interface:", "
  • ", "
  • Interface with supervisors of other disciplines (civil, electrical, instrumentation) to ensure smooth workflow and avoid clashes.", "
  • Liaise with QA/QC Inspectors for inspections and approvals during construction activities, maintaining open communication channels.", "

", "Progress Monitoring & Reporting:", "
  • ", "
  • Track progress of assigned work, reporting daily status, issues, and resource utilization to the Mechanical Supervisor or Site Manager.", "
  • Maintain site documentation, including work permits, daily activity logs, inspection records, and material consumption reports.", "

", "Commissioning & Handover Support:", "
  • ", "
  • Support mechanical pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring seamless handovers to clients.", "
  • Participate in final inspections with QA/QC and client representatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes.", "

", "Requirements:", "

  • Technical diploma, trade certificate, or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering or Fitting.", "
  • 7–10 years of experience in mechanical construction, with at least 3–5 years as Foreman in EPC, offshore, or oil & gas projects.", "
