The BPO Payroll Supervisor position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's financial operations. The role requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, as the individual will be responsible for maintaining the balance sheet reconciliations and journals for multiple legal entities.


Key Responsibilities:
• Perform month-end tasks with diligence and care
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing financial transactions

About the Role:
This position reports directly to the Global Process (GPO) Payroll Manager and is an integral part of the team responsible for managing payroll operations across various legal entities. As a BPO Payroll Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other teams to ensure seamless execution of financial processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff members in their professional development

Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll operations or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals and objectives
