CSSD Technician Job Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CSSD Technician to fill a critical role in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Operating Theatre Room and Equipment: Ensure that the operating theatre room and equipment are properly prepared for surgical procedures.
  • Perform Sterilization of Instruments and Equipment: Perform sterilization of instruments and equipment to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Assist Surgeons and Nurses in Surgery: Assist surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures by handing instruments and providing other necessary assistance.

  • Requirements:
  • Education and Qualifications: Candidates should possess at least an N Level certificate or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on relevant healthcare experience.
  • Comfortable with Exposure to Blood: The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with blood and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Service-Oriented and Passionate About Working in Healthcare: A service-oriented mindset and passion for working in healthcare are essential qualities for this role.
