Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned implementation expert to join our Customer Solutions team.

You will work closely with development and security leaders from customers to advance their security program using our cloud native application security platform.

This is a post-sales role focused on delivering a world-class onboarding experience as our customer base grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver value by owning project delivery from kick-off to closure for customer implementations
  • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders on status, schedule, and risk factors throughout the implementation
  • Lead project kick-offs, planning sessions, and regular delivery meetings
  • Facilitate customer outcomes across teams to achieve positive results
  • Manage and optimize the onboarding practices
  • Represent customer technical requirements to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Support to accelerate onboarding

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of technical consulting or customer-facing SaaS software implementation experience
  • Working knowledge of SDLC and DevOps methodologies
  • Ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly
  • Interest in application security and a developer-first approach
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools
  • Demonstrated consultative and technical aptitude for aligning people, technology, and processes
  • Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, relationship-building, and project management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or other modern languages
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent programming experience
  • Experience as a technical lead
