The Fund Operations and Administration specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our investment funds, ensuring timely delivery of investor reports and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
About Us
JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is a leading investment management company headquartered in Singapore since 2012. We focus on identifying and managing investment opportunities in Southeast Asia, including corporate and real estate investments and asset management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute quarterly investor reports, including capital account statements, distribution notices, and net asset value calculations;
- Coordinate capital calls, capital returns, and redemptions in accordance with fund covenants and regulatory requirements;
- Maintain accurate records of investor positions and perform regular monitoring and review of fund performance;
- Support new investor onboarding, due diligence, and audit coordination;
- Provide administrative support to investor group meetings and maintain client databases;
- Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML and sanctions checks;
- Assist in the planning and execution of Compliance Monitoring Program and prepare reports to management stakeholders;
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory changes and updates.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with:
- a minimum Diploma/Degree or similar qualification;
- at least 3-5 years of related working experience in fund operation and/or administration;
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- knowledge of investment funds and regulatory requirements preferred;
- fluent in English (spoken and written).
