Beauty Content Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Social Marketing Manager to lead our brand's social marketing and content strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, with experience in campaign management, content creation, and driving channel growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social marketing strategy to expand reach and engagement across all brand platforms.
- Lead the execution of approved social marketing and content strategies, focusing on brand storytelling, results-focused content, and impactful content creation.
- Manage and achieve the execution of KPIs for each social channel platform, delivering increased brand growth, reach, and engagements.
- Identify and execute new content angles, social trends, content creators, and brand collaborations that drive positive growth for the brand's own channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or digital marketing preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in social media marketing, with a track record in campaign management, content creation, and driving channel growth.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, and beauty market required.
- Creative thinker and good eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in campaign planning and execution.
