**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Minibar Guest Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for curating a non-traditional minibar experience for our guests.

As a Minibar Guest Service Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

">
  • Handling and receiving all inventories from the loading dock to the main store">
  • Ensuring that all minibar trolleys are fully stocked prior to operations">
  • Recording expiry dates for all inventories received">
  • Collating all expired items from the towers">
  • Providing ad-hoc service requests from the operational team or Minibar controller">
">

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

">
  • Diploma in hospitality, logistics, or related field (preferred)">
  • No experience required; training will be provided">
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight, as well as on public holidays">
  • Ability to maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance">
  • Critical counting and stock-taking skills (advantageous)">
  • Flexibility to work an alternate 5-6 day week">
