Job Title: Inventory and Service Coordinator

The Inventory and Service Coordinator plays a vital role in the efficient handling and receiving of all inventories from the loading dock to the main store.

This position involves ensuring that all minibar trolleys are fully stocked prior to operations, as well as maintaining accurate records of expiry dates for all received items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle and receive all inventories from the loading dock to the main store.
  • Ensure all minibar trolleys are fully stocked prior to operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of expiry dates for all received items.
  • Collate expired items from the towers.
  • Provide ad-hoc service support to the operational team/Minibar controller.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education with 'O' Level passes.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a guest service/guest contact/food and beverage/logistics role preferably in a hospitality organization.
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays.
  • Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance.
