Building Information Modelling Expert

About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our building information modelling processes and technologies. This is a full-time position that will allow you to make a significant impact on the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing BIM Standards: Create and implement BIM standards, protocols, and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
  2. BIM Model Creation: Coordinate and oversee the creation of BIM models and associated data by project teams.
  3. BIM Training: Provide training and support to project teams on the effective use of BIM tools and technologies.
  4. BIM Collaboration: Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and address BIM-related challenges and opportunities.
  5. BIM Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of BIM processes and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar BIM management role within the building services engineering industry.
  • Proficient in the use of BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, and experience in managing BIM projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Thorough understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the industry.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
