Job Summary

A highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management and Facilities Operations Leader is sought after by AV Intelligence Pte. Ltd. to oversee the day-to-day operations of inventory management, warehouse management, and facilities maintenance. This role will ensure efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
This key position involves overseeing facility maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing facility-related requests from staff and addressing any maintenance issues promptly. Additionally, this role requires developing and implementing procedures to improve facilities management processes and enhance workplace efficiency. We seek an individual with strong knowledge of inventory control processes, warehouse operations, and facilities maintenance. Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are required, along with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for collaboration with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehousing and facilities is a must.

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or facilities management is required. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in relevant software and tools are crucial for success in this role. Experience in a similar industry, such as wholesale, retail, or distribution, is preferred. Certification in facilities management or inventory control is also an asset.
