Job Overview

About the Position:

In light of our swift growth trajectory across the APAC region, we are in search of a seasoned recruitment professional to assist in achieving our ambitious expansion objectives. In this capacity, you will collaborate with various departments to devise effective hiring strategies and work closely with senior management to proactively identify, assess, and secure top-tier talent. You will also partner with finance and the Global Talent team to provide essential metrics for executive-level insights.

This position will be located in Singapore and will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager for the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative and proactive strategies to attract and engage high-caliber candidates.Concentrate on Sales roles and other positions throughout the APAC region as necessary.Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and HR teams across APAC to ensure a streamlined recruitment experience.Build and nurture relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership to meet both immediate and long-term hiring needs.Collaborate with employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility in the markets you support.Work effectively and act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization.Lead and engage in regional or global recruitment initiatives.Oversee recruitment performance and reporting for designated teams.Experience in APJ recruitment will be advantageous.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5-7 years of diverse recruitment experience across the APAC region, particularly in sales.A proven track record of successfully sourcing candidates at various levels.Experience in high-growth, preferably SaaS, global organizations.Familiarity with organizations that have experienced significant growth, transformation, or international expansion.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.Self-driven and motivated to introduce innovative approaches to attract top talent.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and foster strong, productive relationships.A strong sense of urgency and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.High accountability with a focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for excellence.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.Meticulous attention to detail to guarantee accurate reporting.A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
