Facilities Manager

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Client Singapore offices. This role encompasses both hard and soft services, maintaining the highest standards of service delivery across various functions as stipulated in the Service Level Agreement. The Facilities Manager will enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and foster a safe and productive environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee seamless office operations by managing all hard and soft services, along with guest experiences at the Front of House.
  • Ensure all inquiries are addressed and resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and quality standards.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting and analytics for Client, including maintenance activities, inspections, incidents, key performance indicators, budget performance, and variance analysis.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor the administrative and facilities management budget, implementing cost control measures as necessary to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships to guarantee smooth daily office operations and coordination of tasks.
  • Act as a point of contact during emergency situations and facilitate response efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Building Management Office (BMO) on initiatives, activities, or rectification works that may affect office operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.
  • Propose and implement corrective actions and enhancements to optimize overall performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Facilities Management.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in Facilities Management, particularly in Mechanical and Electrical systems.
  • Ability to perform manual tasks and conduct regular facilities inspections.
  • Proactive, independent, and capable of working with minimal supervision while thriving under pressure.
  • Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds in English.
