Job Title: Assistant Manager, Statistics and Data Analytics Supreme Court

This role involves providing support in managing and disposing of cases, including processing, storing, retrieving of court documents and fixing hearings for matters which commenced in the Supreme Court.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant working experience in data analysis or a similar role. They should be proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel (advanced functions and report generation) and Word.

A strong analytical and numerical skillset is required, with the ability to review complex datasets. The candidate should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Review Process Implementation
  • Data Extraction, Verification and Cleaning
  • Caseload and Judicial Statistics Compilation
  • System Mapping Errors Identification and Resolution
  • Monitoring Key Performance Measures
  • Timely and Accurate Reports Generation
  • Data Visualisation using Tools like Power BI and Tableau
  • Data Requests and Enquiries Handling
  • Coordinate with Relevant Departments on Timely Reporting and Maintenance of Statistics in Case Management Systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant working experience in data analysis or a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
